MY GOAL AS A PUBLISHED AUTHOR
I am fortunate in that my four grandparents brought together six ethnic cultures. I hope to honor each in a written piece. I started on the Hispaniola Marabou book over 20 years ago and never had a chance to finish. I have published one fiction short on Native America and hope to do two more or let Daughter of the Moon be inclusive. I’ve also published one nonfiction piece in Held Magazine Generations on the Chinese aspect and several short pieces on Black and white. I believe the blood of the ancestors allows me to be open-minded in all my encounters and am grateful.
